Fun! We have some great things planned for tomorrow’s first practice! And we are so happy that the weather looks like it will be perfect!!

First, when you arrive, your daughter will be temperature checked and asked COVID questions. Please do not bring your daughter to practice if she has a fever or has any symptoms of illness.

Please have your girls put their bags/water bottles scattered apart from each other. We utilize the rules that PMSD requires since we are using their fields and this includes social distancing, mask wearing in huddles, stick high-fives, etc.

We will have sticks available to borrow for the practices if you have not purchased on for your girl, but please be prepared with your own approved goggles and mouthpieces. Your daughter must have these to be able to play. Safety is very important to us!

If you ordered Spiritwear, we’ll have it for you tomorrow!

Any announcements that we have will be conveyed through messaging here on Teampages so that you don’t miss anything.

The girls will work on how to hold their sticks, catching, tossing and we’ll be playing some fun games to encourage that stickwork tomorrow.

Pickup is promptly at 7:15pm.

COVID Reminders:

  • Coaches, players, volunteers, and spectator members must wear approved face masks ( that completely cover mouth and nose) when on PMSD property, when we are guests at play-day venues and any time that we are together!
  • Anyone feeling sick in any way, or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, should remain at home until evaluated
  • Anyone who has had a direct COVID-19 exposure, should follow PMSD quarantine guidelines. Your daughter is not eligible to come to practice if she is not eligible to be at school for a quarantine exposure.
  • Do not share equipment or water bottles
  • Social distance where possible and reduce the number of people involved in activities
  • Avoid confined huddles (tap sticks instead of high-fives, etc)
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces regularly
  • Only players and coaches are allowed on the grass fields

Any questions, concerns, inability to be at a practice, etc, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Kirsten Ditzler,
kmditzler@gmail.com or 717-823-3516 (text is acceptable—please let me know who it is that is texting!)

Smiles and looking forward to tomorrow!
Coach Kirsten
